Check the Facts in a Suggested Post

Mark each fact in a suggested post Looks right or Not right, and Tumbleweed remembers your answers.

How do I check the facts in a suggested post?

To check the facts, open a suggested post in the Workflow Hub, open the facts Tumbleweed checked, and choose Looks right or Not right for each.

  1. Open a suggested post. In the left menu, select Work, then Workflow Hub. Open a post under Needs your review.

  2. Open the checked facts. The post shows a line such as "3 facts checked." Select Show to see each fact and where it came from.

  3. Choose Looks right or Not right. Each fact has both buttons. Not right takes one click, and you can add a reason.

  4. See who checked it. A checked fact folds to one line, such as "Confirmed by Dana, Oct 26". If you change your mind, select Undo.

  5. Approve the post when you're ready. Your answers are saved, so they are still there the next time you open the post.

Tip

Facts you confirm are trusted first the next time Tumbleweed writes for your workspace. Facts you mark Not right aren't used again. What you teach it stays in your own workspace. Admins and Editors can check facts. Everyone else sees the results.
