• This only happens with your express consent, and you can turn off sharing at any time in your account settings.

• OEMs are not allowed to resell, sublicense, or redistribute your data. They can only use it to manage their marketing programs.

For Legal or Safety Reasons

‍If the Business Changes Hands

4. OEM Social Posting Permissions

If you choose to let an OEM post to your connected social media accounts through Tumbleweed:

• You must give explicit consent in your account settings

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything posted on your behalf

• Tumbleweed does not moderate or control what OEMs post

• It is your (or the OEM’s) responsibility to ensure posts follow laws, platform rules, and local advertising standards

• Tumbleweed is not responsible for any legal or reputational issues that arise from these posts
