Review posts, approve suggestions after they pass every check, and find your drafts, all in one list.
Open the Workflow Hub under Work. Posts that need your review are listed first, so you can see what needs you.
Read the suggested post, see what it is based on, and check that it passed. Then approve it, edit it, or dismiss it.
Posts you save without publishing show up under Your drafts, so you can pick up where you left off.
The Workflow Hub sits under Work. Posts that need your review come first. Below that, Suggested for you holds posts drafted for you to look over.
Each suggested post shows who it is for, the words, the graphic, and what it is based on. Highlighted text in the post is checked against its sources, so you can see where each claim came from.
Each suggestion shows how many checks it passed. Open the list to see what was checked, from the evidence behind the words to the house style. Approving confirms the copy is accurate, and your name and the time are recorded with it.
Posts you save without publishing wait under Your drafts, at the bottom of the Workflow Hub, so you can pick one up and finish it.
You should not have to hunt for what is waiting on you. Workflow Hub gathers posts to review, suggested posts to approve, and your drafts into one list, so you can see what needs you and get back to the shop. Suggested posts are drafted for you to review, and nothing is published until you approve it. Suggested for you is in Beta, so it may change as we learn from how people use it.
How the hub works and what to expect from suggested posts.
A screen under Work that collects what needs your attention: posts that need your review, suggested posts to approve, and your drafts. When nothing is waiting, it tells you so.
Suggested posts are drafted for you from your Brand Kit and the content you supply, then checked. Each one shows what it is based on, and highlighted text in the post is checked against those sources. Suggested for you is in Beta, so it may change as we learn.

Thirteen checks run on each suggestion: claims rest on the evidence you supplied, figures are supported, banned words, required disclaimers, links allowed, lengths, requested length, no filler phrases, house style, no duplicate claims, no recycled opening, claims verified, and rules and quality checked. Open 13 checks passed on a suggestion to see them.
