How Network Broadcast Delivers
Network Broadcast publishes one post into the social channels of your connected retailers. You choose who receives it, and the report shows what happened for each retailer.
What it does
You write a post once, and each retailer you choose publishes it on their own channels under their own name.
Four steps
A broadcast moves through Compose, Recipients, Schedule, and Review. You can save it as a draft at any step.
Choosing how it is delivered
On the Recipients step you pick one rule. Any selected channel sends the post to whichever of your chosen platforms a retailer has connected, and is best for reach. All selected channels sends it only to retailers who have every chosen platform connected. Anyone who does not is skipped and named in the report.
Who you can choose
Only connected retailers who have a channel connected for your chosen platform can be selected. Others are greyed out with a note. You can also tick Also post to my own channels to publish the same post on your workspace's channels. It is off by default.
The report
After a broadcast, select it in the list. You see a preview of the post as it appears on a retailer's page, counts for Sent, Pending, Skipped, and Failed, results by channel, and each retailer's status.
