How Workspaces Work
A workspace is a separate space for a brand, location, or team. Each one has its own channels, and your plan sets how many you can have.
What a workspace is
A workspace holds the work for one brand, location, or team. It has a name, an optional description, a logo, and a time zone.
Channels belong to a workspace
Each workspace connects its own social channels, so after you create a workspace, switch to it and connect the channels it needs.
Switching between them
Use the workspace switcher at the bottom of the left navigation.
Who can reach which workspace
Admins reach every workspace. Editors and Contributors reach only the workspaces assigned to them.
Limits
Your plan includes a number of workspaces. When you reach it, Create Workspace is greyed out. The Workspace add-on on the Billing page adds 10 more.

Common questions
Why is Create Workspace greyed out?

Do I connect channels once for the whole account?
No. Connect them in each workspace.
