Templates your assistant can fill in

Let Tumbleweed write the text in your templates, and tell it what each template is for.

  • "Let the assistant write the text." When you save a design as a template, tick this box, and Tumbleweed can write in any text box you haven't locked. To keep a box's words, lock it.
  • Say what each template is for. Pick a kind of post when you save a template: Parts and promotions, Events, Customer testimonials, Service and seasonal, or General. Weekly posts then use the right template for each kind of post, taking turns between them.
  • Find templates in your Content Library. Choose Type, then Templates, to see your templates. Each one shows its kind, and you can filter by kind or change a template's kind from its menu.
  • Choose which templates weekly posts can use. In Suggested posts, under Templates, templates are grouped by kind, with a tick for each one.
  • Pick a design when you request a post. Request a post has an optional Design choice. If you ask for an event and have no Events template, it offers to help you make one, and asks before leaving the form so you don't lose your changes.
