How do I sign up?

How do Monthly Plans Work?

Your account is billed monthly in advance, and charges recur on the same day each month. Mid-cycle changes or upgrades are prorated. You may cancel at any time, and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

How do Annual Plans Work?

Payment is due in full upfront and delivered through a single annual invoice. A 10% discount is applied automatically for Retailer and Supplier plans.

What is a Channel Plan and how does billing work?

A Channel Plan is a customized, bundled plan for OEMs and Suppliers that includes 1 OEM/Supplier, 100+ Retailers, and 3 Workspaces. Add-on Retailer packs are available with 25 retailers per pack. A 12-month contract is required and invoicing occurs upon contract execution. Payment terms are negotiable, with channel contracts typically set at Net 30. Add-on bundles are invoiced separately or added to the renewal.
